The British School in Tokyo’s PTA recently donated some new musical instruments to the Shibuya Primary Music department. The xylophones and metallophones provided have completed the balanced class set of melodic instruments, and now every child in the class is able to access their own instrument for class activities.

These instruments allow for further enhancement of the Shibuya music curriculum (particularly in Year 3) and are lots of fun too! Students are looking forward to a xylophone extracurricular activity in the future. — DEBRA HYLAND
