Saudi educators seek best-practice schools in Japan for May visit

A small group of Saudi Arabian executive educators — comprising eight head teachers and school principals — will be visiting Japan this month in order to learn about Japanese and international school educational methods and management.

The visiting executives are hoping to visit some public and private schools (grades 1–12) in order to observe best practice and set new benchmarks for Saudi-based education. They are interested in visiting schools that consider themselves to have advanced educational systems and/or a strong use of technology. It is hoped that school visits will include a brief presentation by the host and a simple tour of school facilities; it is not expected that the visit will take more than a few hours.

Those interested in welcoming the Saudi delegates to their schools should email Kiyoko Rifki at [email protected].
