Ninja nutcracker!

Following on from the successes of Sharnoozle (2012) and The Little Mermaid (2011), this November sees Tokyo Theatre for Children (TTFC) present their most unusual lineup yet in “Nutcracker (no tutus … but beware of the ninjas!).”

Will the Nutcracker be able to overcome his ugliness to win back the affections of the Princess? Will he be able to defeat the evil Mouse King and Mouse Queen, who rule the Land of Toys with iron fists? Or will the ninja rats take over and confine everyone to the sewers?

Be enchanted with Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker as you have never seen it performed before in this musical show for the whole family, staged entirely in English.

Showing on Friday, November 15 at 6:30pm; Saturday, November 16 at midday, 3pm, and 6:30pm; and Sunday, November 17 at 1pm and 4pm at the Theatre Bonbon, Nakano, Tokyo. Free for children aged two years and under, ¥2,500 for elementary school-aged students and younger, and ¥3,000 for big kids and adults. For ticket reservations, please email [email protected].
