Halloween was a “spooktacular” event at J’s International School, starting with dressed-up children entering the haunted school. Fairies, witches, and skeletons replaced teachers. The children baked spider cookies and made sticky treats, before being visited by a witch. She brewed a green potion that included frogs, bat eggs, and worms, which was intended to turn all the children into rats! However, a kind fairy reversed the potion so that it tasted like juice, grapes, and gummies.

In the afternoon, parents joined in the fun, slime was made, treats were munched, and photos were taken in a special Halloween photo booth.

The J’s Winter Fun Program is from December 12–16, and is open for all to join. For information, call 03-3452-2078. — MANA ORTIZ
